Device window
The OSFISKAL L-PFR device window shows the state of the device, the card and the delivery of data to the Tax Administration. This is where the PIN and the activation key are entered, and where the audit and the error export are started. The window can be closed at any time: the device keeps running as a service. The window is in Serbian; English translations are given here in brackets.
Device state
At the top of the window one word says whether the device can sign receipts, and below it what to do.

When the device is ready, a warning that does not stop signing may appear below the state, for example that the package memory is nearly full or that the device has no permission to write to a USB drive.
Sections
Bezbednosni element (Secure element): the card's UID, the reader, the applet version, the certificate expiry date, the taxpayer, the point of sale, the amount signed since the last audit with its share of the limit, and the card's limit.
Dostava Poreskoj upravi (Delivery to the Tax Administration): packages waiting to be sent, packages sent and waiting for a proof of audit, refused packages, whether and for how long a proof of audit is awaited, the last local audit, the last receipt, the oldest undelivered receipt, the five-day deadline and how full the package memory is.
Podešavanja sa Poreske uprave (Settings from the Tax Administration): whether the tax rates are present, when the clock was last checked, the clock offset and the Tax Administration address.
Uređaj (Device): the licence and its expiry, the manufacturer, the registration code (serial number), the device's address on the local network, the product name, the version, the protocol version and the number of receipts in the queue. When a newer version exists, it is shown here too.
Poslednje greške (Latest errors): the latest entries of the error log.
Line colours mean the same as for the state: orange is a warning, red is something to solve right away.

Buttons

| Osveži (Refresh) | Reads the device state again. The window also does this by itself every few seconds. |
| Pošalji sada (Send now) | Sends waiting data to the Tax Administration right away, without waiting for the next round. |
| Lokalno iščitavanje (Local audit) | Writes the audit data to a USB drive. See Local audit. |
| Uvezi komande (Import commands) | Imports a file with Tax Administration commands from the portal. |
| Izvezi greške (Export errors) | Saves the error log to a folder you choose, for example on a USB drive. |
| Pokreni servis (Start service) | Shown only when the service is not running. Starts it again. |

on the computer the device runs on.
