Error codes

The device returns to the ESIR the codes defined in the Tax Administration's technical guide. For states the guide does not cover, the device uses its own codes, 6001 to 6013. Every error is also written to the error log, which is exported with the Izvezi greške (Export errors) button in the device window.

0100	The PIN was accepted.
0210	The internet is available.
0220	The internet is not available.

Warnings

Code	Meaning	What to do
1100	The package memory is nearly full.	Run an audit or connect the device to the internet.
1300	The card is not in the reader.	Insert the card.
1400	An audit is required: the signed amount has reached 75% of the card's limit.	Connect the device to the internet or run a local audit.
1500	The PIN is required.	Enter the PIN.
1999	General warning, the detail is in the error log.	Check the error log.

Errors

Code	Meaning	What to do
2100	The PIN is not correct.	Enter the correct PIN. Mind the remaining tries.
2110	The card is blocked after five wrong PINs.	Request a new element from the Tax Administration.
2210	The card is locked: the limit is reached and a proof of audit is awaited.	Connect the device to the internet or run a local audit.
2220	Communication with the card failed.	Take the card out and put it back, check the reader.
2310	A tax label in the request is not valid.	Check the tax labels in the ESIR.
2400	The device is not configured: it has no tax rates.	Connect the device to the internet.
2800	A mandatory field was not sent.	An ESIR error; the detail names the field.
2801	A field value is too long.	An ESIR error.
2803	A value has the wrong length.	An ESIR error.
2804	A value is out of the allowed range.	An ESIR error.
2805	A value is not valid.	An ESIR error.
2806	The data is not in a valid format.	An ESIR error.
2807	A list (items or payments) is empty.	An ESIR error.
2808	The request or a list is larger than allowed.	An ESIR error.
2809	The card's certificate is not valid at this time.	Request a new element from the Tax Administration.

Manufacturer codes

The device messages are in Serbian; the English meaning is given beside them.

6001	Licenca uređaja je istekla, pa uređaj ne izdaje nove račune.	The device licence has expired, so the device issues no new receipts.
6002	Sat uređaja je raniji od poslednjeg izdatog računa.	The device clock is earlier than the last receipt issued.
6003	Račun je potpisan, ali nije mogao da se sačuva, pa nije izdat.	The receipt was signed but could not be stored, so it was not issued.
6004	Uređaj ne može da se predstavi Poreskoj upravi. Proverite bezbednosni element, PIN i korene sertifikate; internet veza nije uzrok.	The device cannot identify itself to the Tax Administration. Check the secure element, the PIN and the root certificates; the internet connection is not the cause.
6005	Poreska uprava je odbila zahtev uređaja.	The Tax Administration refused the device's request.
6006	Bezbednosni element je odbio komandu Poreske uprave. Detalj sadrži odgovor elementa.	The secure element refused a Tax Administration command. The detail holds the element's answer.
6007	Bezbednosni element je iskorišćen do kraja i mora da se zameni. Zatražite novi element od Poreske uprave.	The secure element is used up and must be replaced. Request a new element from the Tax Administration.
6008	Adresa vremenskog servera nije podešena, pa sat uređaja nije proveren ni jednom. Preuzmite komande sa portala.	No time server address is set, so the device clock has never been checked. Download the commands from the portal.
6009	Preostala su još dva pokušaja unosa PIN-a, pa se PIN sada unosi samo na računaru na kome je uređaj, u prozoru OSFISKAL L-PFR.	Two PIN tries are left, so the PIN can now be entered only on the computer the device runs on, in the OSFISKAL L-PFR window.
6010	Memorija fiskalnog uređaja je puna, pa uređaj ne izdaje nove račune. Povežite uređaj na internet ili uradite lokalno iščitavanje na USB disk; memorija se oslobađa kada stigne dokaz o iščitavanju.	The device memory is full, so it issues no new receipts. Connect it to the internet or run a local audit to a USB drive; the memory is freed when the proof of audit arrives.
6011	Računi stariji od pet dana nisu dostavljeni Poreskoj upravi. Povežite fiskalni uređaj na internet ili uradite lokalno iščitavanje na USB disk.	Receipts older than five days have not been delivered to the Tax Administration. Connect the device to the internet or run a local audit to a USB drive.
6012	Niz računa ovog bezbednosnog elementa je prekinut: jedan račun neće stići u bazu Poreske uprave, pa dokaz o iščitavanju ne može da bude izdat. Pozovite podršku.	This secure element's chain of receipts is broken: one receipt will never reach the Tax Administration, so no proof of audit can be issued. Call support.
6013	Poreska uprava je primila zahtev za iščitavanje pre više od sat vremena, a dokaz o iščitavanju nije stigao.	The Tax Administration received the audit request over an hour ago and the proof of audit has not arrived.

Answer to a wrong PIN

To a wrong PIN the device answers with HTTP status 200 and the code in the response body (for example "2100"). The Tax Administration's own L-PFR answers the same way.
