Errors and troubleshooting
The device records every error in the error log. The log is separate from the memory holding the receipts, so it never affects the audit data.
What is recorded
Errors in ESIR requests, in signing receipts, in working with the card, in communication with the Tax Administration, in initialization, audit and time checks, and internal device errors. Every entry has the date and time in local time, a code, a description and a detail. A repeating error is written once, with the number of repetitions.
The log keeps the entries of the last 90 days.
Viewing
In the device window, the Poslednje greške (Latest errors) section shows the newest entries.
Export to a USB drive
- Insert a USB drive into the computer the device runs on.
- In the device window, click Izvezi greške (Export errors).
- Choose the USB drive.
A text file appears on the drive, for example
osfiskal-lpfr-greske-20261001-143000.txt, readable in any text editor.
