Getting started

OptSens Fiskal is a fiscalization system for points of sale in Serbia. It is made of:

  • ESIR: the till where receipts are entered.
  • L-PFR (local fiscal receipt processor): a program on the computer that signs receipts with the secure element and sends the data to the Tax Administration. It exists for Windows and macOS.
  • Dashboard at my.osfiskal.com: account, points of sale, devices and licences.

What you need​

  • A secure element (card) and PIN from the Tax Administration, for each point of sale. You request the card on the Tax Administration's e-fiscalization portal.
  • A smart card reader.
  • A Windows computer or a Mac for the L-PFR.
  • An account at my.osfiskal.com.

Setup order​

  1. In the dashboard, create an account, add a point of sale and issue an activation key for the L-PFR.
  2. Install the L-PFR on the computer at the point of sale.
  3. Activate the L-PFR with the key.
  4. Insert the card and enter the PIN.
  5. Connect the ESIR to the L-PFR.
  6. Issue the first receipt.

From then on the L-PFR runs by itself: it signs receipts and sends the data to the Tax Administration. After every computer restart, only the PIN has to be entered again.
