OSFISKAL L-PFR Windows
OSFISKAL L-PFR Windows is a software local fiscal receipt processor (L-PFR) for computers running Windows 10 or Windows 11, 32-bit or 64-bit. The device receives receipts from the ESIR, signs them with the Tax Administration's secure element and sends the receipt data to the Tax Administration's system, over the internet or on a USB drive.
This is the user manual for the taxpayer and the cashier and, in the chapters on installation and connecting the ESIR, the manual for technicians who install the device and connect it to the ESIR.
