Internet audit

While the device has the internet, the audit runs by itself, without any step on your side.

How it works

1. Every minute the device checks for waiting data and sends it to the Tax Administration. The oldest data goes first, and sending continues while there is data and internet.
2. Periodically the device asks the card to start an audit and sends the Tax Administration a request for a proof of audit. At least 10 minutes pass between two requests, 30 minutes when few receipts are issued, and at most one a day when there are no new receipts.
3. When the Tax Administration issues the proof of audit, the device fetches it and hands it to the card. The card resets its limit to zero and the device deletes the packages the proof covers.

For every call to the Tax Administration's web services the device uses a token. It obtains the token by identifying itself with the certificate from the secure element's PKI applet. The device hands a proof of audit to the card as soon as it receives it.

The proof usually arrives within a few minutes. While it is awaited, the device window shows in the line Čeka se dokaz o iščitavanju (Waiting for a proof of audit) how long it has been waiting.

What to watch in the device window

Line	Meaning
Paketi koji čekaju (Packages waiting)	Data not yet sent. With the internet, the number quickly falls to zero.
Poslato, čeka dokaz (Sent, awaiting proof)	Data the Tax Administration has received, whose proof of audit has not arrived yet.
Odbijeni paketi (Refused packages)	Data the Tax Administration will not accept. The reason and what to do appear below the device state.
Čeka se dokaz o iščitavanju (Waiting for a proof of audit)	Orange after one hour, red after one day of waiting.

The Pošalji sada (Send now) button sends the data right away, without waiting for the next round.

If the proof of audit has not arrived for over an hour, the device writes this to the error log (code 6013). Check the internet connection, and if nothing changes, contact support.
